Accommodation in Sandy Bay

House on Grosvenor is a stand alone 4 Bedroom house built in the early 1900’s and has undergone a beautiful renovation by its current owners. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests.

With entry via its own private driveway located at 40 Grosvenor St, Sandy Bay where there is ample parking for 2 or more cars it is a home away from home.

Entry is from the back of the house into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen comes complete with oven, ceramic cook top, full size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and butler’s pantry.

There is a dining setting for 8 guests and the lounge room consists of 2 x 3 seater couches and a large LCD Smart TV. There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom 2 x Single Beds. All have LCD TV’s. The main bedroom has a ensuite and walk in wardrobe.

The main bathroom consists of a walk in shower, 1500mm bath, vanity and toilet. The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

The house is all on the one level.

House Rules

Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 people – this includes children of all ages. Our advertised rates are for 4 people.

There is a charge of $25 per night per person up to the maximum of 8 people. If at any stage we feel there are more guests staying than booked you will be asked to vacate the house immediately, money paid will not be refunded.

Bedding in this house is unable to be moved or changed.

No Bucks or Hens Nights.

No parties or large gatherings.

Please make sure you provide a valid email address and mobile contact. Once your reservation has been paid in full we will provide check-in instructions.

The house is not serviced during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable rate – paid in full at the time the reservation is made. The full amount is non refundable if you cancel your reservation at any time.

Partially Refundable Rate – Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
